Breath of Life

It is written: (And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and BREATH into his nostils THE BREATH OF LIFE; and man became a living soul.) () Man cannot live without (The breath of life); And no man is alive or conscious without this (Breath of life). Notice in the scripture that Adam had complete form, he had all of his organs intact, yet it was not until God breath into him (The breath of life) that Adam became a living soul. ( Abortion is not death of unborn children)

A beating heart does not make humans alive; We have life support machines that proves this. Also, having complete form does not constitute life, many deceased people retain there complete form. Without the (Breath of life), THERE IS NO LIFE. This (Life) comes from God Almighty; And our incorrect definitions of what, or who is alive will not change God’s definition. You can fight this vain fight; But not in the name of the Eternal God of heaven and earth. For the Lord will not hold him guiltless that takes his name in vain. (

As Christians, we are followers of Christ, and his example. . It was the Scribes and Pharisees that sought to punish, control, and force their perception of righteousness upon those that were thought to be mislead. (Gospel of John) .

You are equating “The breath of life” that God gave man as the same breath of life (Oxygen) that we breath. God created animals but he did not form them as he did man, he did not breath into their nostrils as he did man, and yet they were formed by His word and they breath air as we all do. He gave His Creation the breath of life, but not the same as man. You assume that when God formed man he was not yet breathing, it does not say that in Scripture. We do not know if Adam was breathing the air yet, he could have been, but that is not my point. My point is that the, “Breath of Life” from God, made man a living soul. It is the living soul that makes us valuable to God. This “Breath of Life” that God breathed into Adam is the soul not oxygen.

Definitions of who is alive and who is valuable to God come from the Word of God. It is very clear in His Word that the unborn person is very important to God.
“Your hands shaped me and made me. Will you now turn and destroy me? Remember that you molded me like clay. Will you now turn me to dust again? Did you not pour me out like milk and curdle me like cheese, clothe me with skin and flesh and knit me together with bones and sinews? You game me life and showed me kindness, and in your providence watched over my spirit.” Job 10:8-12
“For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.” Psalm 139:13-16

The psalmist beautifully expressed God’s creative work inside the womb in Psalm 139. John the Baptist is called a babe while still in his Elizabeth’s womb. Jesus was called a child while still in Mary’s womb.God always places immense value on the life of the unborn.

By what authority do you make this statement-( He gave his creation the breath of life, but not the same as man). Have you not read the entire 66 books of the bible, I have. And I know that man and the animals have the same breath. look for yourself. ( For that which befalleth the son of men befalleth beasts. Even one thing befalleth them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea, (THEY HAVE ALL ONE BREATH.) so that a man hath no pre-eminence above a beast for all is vanity. All go unto one place; all are of (THE DUST, AND ALL TURN TO DUST AGAIN.) (Ecclesiastes) 3: 19-20.

It is written: The man became a living soul, not the breath of life. (Genesis) 2:7. The word soul here in the Hebrew is (Nephesh), it means a living breathing creature, it implies the entire being, and not the breath of life alone. You may not re-define God’s Holy word. We do know that Adam was not breathing before God breath in him, Because God tells us that he only became a living breathing soul after God breath in him.

It is written that we should not add to, or take away from God’s Holy word. (Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish anything from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.) (Deuteronomy) 4:2. (For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him plagues that are written in this book; And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the tree of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.) ( Revelation) 22: 18-19. It is unfortunate that many professing Christains are ignorant of much of what is written in scripture. Lord Jesus told us that (God is a spirit; and they that worship him MUST worship him in SPIRIT and in TRUTH.) (The Gospel of John) 4:24. In case there is trouble defining truth. Jesus christ said ( Sanctify them through thy truth; Thy word is truth.) (The Gospel of John) 17:17, and notice at the the time our Lord Jesus spoke these words; Not one word of the New testament was written yet.

The Apostle Paul also admonishes us about God’s Holy word. (All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, That the man of God may be perfect thoroughly furnished unto all good works.) (2 Timothy) 3:16-17. God’s truth cannot be found in some web site written by man. It is in His Holy scriptures; And I do mean ALL OF THEM. I have made the study of them a life long effort. Can you say the same? I suggest you read the entire bible. The Prophets, Jesus Christ, The Apostles, and the Church HAS NOT, and WILL NOT be engaged in this fight. You assume many things that are not based in God’s Holy word, but rather in religious dogma. Such is the state of many who profess to be Christians.
